Lesson 1: Share Your Blog

Objective: Invite all your friends to view your blog.

First, click on "Settings" and then "Permission". Under Blog Reader click on the bubble under "Only People I Choose".

Then, paste in the Gmail addresses of all your C4K friends and click on "Invite".

Lesson 2: Post a Fantastic Picture on Your Blog

Objective: Post your smiling face on your blog.

First, click on the"Layout" tab.

Select "Add a Gadget".

Then, scroll down and click on"Picture".

Finally, fill in the Title and Caption and paste in the web address for the location of your picture or click on "Choose File"to upload the picture from your computer. Select your picture and and click on "Choose". When your picture is uploaded click on "Save".

Lesson 3: Create Web Links

Objective: Create a place to post the links to all the amazing things you create in class and the places on the web you like to visit.

First, Click on "Gadgets" and then "Link List".

Then, Fill in the title, paste the web address of the Google Document you want to add or the website you want to add. Then, click on "Add Link" and then "Save".

1. First go to www.google.com and click on More and then Even More.

2. Then select Blogger and click on Create a Blog.

3. Fill out the forms and then press Continue.

4. Keep filling out out the forms, select a URL, and select a template.

5. Keep pressing Continue until you have created a blog.

1. First, log onto Blogger.

2. If you want to write a "Post" click on "New Post".

3. Write your blog, check you spelling, read it over again and then press "Publish Post".

Add A Gadget!

1. First, click on "Layout". 

2. Then, click on "Gadget". Select the type of Gadget you want and follow the directions.
